Join us for a deep dive into the nature of Oak Medicine.

In the sacred grove, we will spend the day in ritual celebration with this powerful plant teacher and ally.

Exploring ways to embody and express the gifts of Oak, we will make medicine together- receiving the courage, strength and safety to persevere during challenging times.

Allowing ourselves much needed time for healing, sacred connection and spiritual nourishment, we will bask and forest bathe amongst the Oaks.

Opening our hearts to direct guidance and communication with this Tree Spirit, we will cultivate co-creative partnerships that focus our intentions, carry us forward, and bring healing to Mother Earth.
